Due to an increased work load we are looking to recruit an individual to work in a deputy coordinator/managers post in our Homecare Service based in Ramsey. The role briefly involves allocating & creating work rotas for Homecare staff, assessment of new clients, including creating care plans & other documents as required in order to maintain a safe level of care to our clients in the community. Ensuring staff have a point of contact for any queries in relation to clients & their changing care needs & updating records as required. There is an expectation of on- call work as part of this role which will be on a rota basis to answer any staff queries & either arrange cover from other staff or attend calls if required. Training in all aspects of the role will be offered as part of an extensive induction program. Applicants will be expected to hold, be working towards or be willing to undertake a QCF level 5 award in Health & Social Care or equivalent & have some experience in a staff management role, also a Registered Nurse Qualification would be an advantage in this role but is not a requirement.
