Due to continued business expansion, we now have vacancies for Mandarin Speaking Customer Service Specialists. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide contact resolution of customer issues via Chat, e-mail and/or phones. Work alongside internal teams to provide fast paced delivery of products, promotions and solutions to our customers. Manage the business needs of key stake holders across the business. Manage administrative queries, such as resetting of passwords and verifying customers. Trouble shoot and effectively handle sensitive customer enquiries. Maintain security and confidentiality of internal information and customer/account information. Deliver timely and accurate response to customer questions and requests as outlined in the internal SLA (service level agreements). Escalate and communicate any customer well-being issues. Take personal ownership of customer requests and provide clients with a world class level of support. Maintain good practices of compliance to the relevant laws and regulations as they govern the business. KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE: Good customer service skills. Fluent in both verbal and written English and Mandarin. Team player with a positive attitude. Ability to handle difficult situations. Relevant e-gaming industry experience desirable.
