Role and responsibilities: Responsible for driving business projections, annual budgeting and monthly financial forecast and analysis. Lead the annual Business corporate plan for 3 years outlook. Develop financial reporting and commercial analysis for all three Categories of products, with key KPI reporting and tracking. Ensure timely and accurate financial analysis and reports for monthly results reporting. Develop costing for new products (with the support of the Finance costing team), track actual cost performance when new products are launched to ensure targets are being met and identify critical areas to maximize margins. Conduct critical review of New Products business plan and provide guidance for financial KPIs tracking and reporting. Maintain and regular update of transfer pricing policies between sales jurisdictions (with the support of TP advisors) - IoM, Italy and USA. Support the Annual Report preparation where necessary. Travel to Guangzhou, PRC 2-3 times per year with each travel averaged to 2 weeks and occasional travel required to Italy, UK, USA. Person Specification: Bachelor degree in Accountancy/CPA designation. Possess significant FP&A working experience, ready to take on a FP&A management role with a global group. Demonstrates strength in financial analysis, in-depth knowledge of financial statements and budgets. Possesses expertise in complex Excel functions and financial data manipulation. Has excellent inter-personal skills, is self-motivated and is a strong team player, as well as comfortable working independently. Experience in listed companies supporting RNS financial statements and Annual Report preparation is a significant asset. ERP - SAP system knowledge an asset but not a necessity.
