Castletown Commissioners have confirmed a date for a public meeting to discuss the latest planning application for Callow's Yard.
Developer Roy Tilleard has applied for permission to convert retail units in Arbory Street into residential accommodation.
The units are part of the Callow's Yard shopping complex that was developed on the town centre site. If planners approve
the scheme, Callow's Yard would become predominantly residential.
The local authority public meeting is on Tuesday, February 11, at the town hall in Castletown, starting at 7pm.
Commissioners' clerk Eddie Convery said although the meeting was for the public it would be open only to the residents and
rate payers of Castletown.
