by isleofman.com 12th May 2017

At the sitting of Tynwald next week, Tuesday 16th May 2017, there are 16 questions listed for oral answer and a further 13 for written answer.

Questions include whether there are plans for the restoration of the waterwheel at Groudle Glen, whether there is a strategic plan for a falling population, the current position over the proposed corporatization of the Post Office, the outcome of the trial of a shared housing waiting list for the south of the Island, the cost of mobile phone roaming for visitors, as well as residents, travelling abroad.

Whilst Ramsey's Minister Lawrie Hooper is to ask for confirmation on the number of times the Mountain Road was closed, in the last five years, at the request of the Department of Infrastructure.
