Isle of Man-based corporate services provider First Names Group now has a foothold in Luxembourg after completing its purchase of another CSP, Citadel Services PSF Sarl.
It's the third acquisition by First Names this year - it's previously bought international fund business Moore and corporate services provider Basel, bringing the group's headcount to 460 in nine locations.
Citadel offers a range of consultancy services including company and trust formation and administration.
Managing Director Simon Baker paid tribute to the reputation of First Names Group and welcomed integration of the business into a much larger organisation, expanding opportunities for the future.
