The Steam Packet says it is contacting passengers who will be affected by repairs to the Ben my Chree that will put it out of action in June.
Work to instal a repaired fin on the vessel will take place between June 19 and 21. The fin was damaged during storm force conditions in the Irish Sea in January.
The seacats Manannan and Arrow will provide sailings to Heysham and Liverpool. The Steam Packet has emphasised that the Ben
has effective stabilising efficiency with only one fin operational and there is no impact on the ferry's ability to sail or berth safely.
