Isle of Man snowboarder Zoe Gillings is offering to share the profits of her online enterprise www.ExpertHealth.me with fellow athletes and sports organisations.
Zoe has made the announcement during training for the 2014 Winter Olympics which get under way in Sochi, Russia, next month.
She said: 'Having suffered many funding problems over the years, in 2011 I set up my own business in the Isle of Man, www.isleofdeals.com, and saw huge funding benefits which allowed me to continue as an Olympic athlete. I've now set up a second business and I want to offer other athletes the chance to benefit like I have. I know many athletes and federations who are always looking for extra ways of generating funds for their sport.'
Zoe is offering a 50 per cent profit share to athletes and organisations who generate customers for the business, which provides a weight loss, exercise and nutritional programme devised with her Olympic nutritionist and fitness coach that she says members of the public can trust, is good for you, and can be a lifestyle choice rather than a quick fix.
Zoe says she aims for this to be an Olympic legacy, adding: 'You don’t have to be an Olympic athlete to be healthy. It just makes it so much easier if you can access the best practitioners in the world. This information is now available through www.ExpertHealth.me.'
