A public consultation on the plan that shapes future development in the Isle of Man is drawing to a close.
Members of the public have until the end of January to submit views. The 2007 Isle of Man Strategic Plan is being reviewed by the planning authorities, with the emphasis on meeting the housing needs of future growth in the Island's population.
Peel Commissioners are giving the public an opportunity to find out more and submit views. Planning officers will be available at Peel town hall to answer questions and advise on the review on Thursday January 23 from 4pm to 8pm.
Planners say that, without this review, future area plans would be based on out of date housing figures. Population projections have been updated following the latest Census.
Members of the public who want to submit views need to complete a response form that can be downloaded from the Manx Government website.
The deadline for responses to be handed in is 5pm on Friday January 31.
