Love was in the air…and in Douglas town centre on the Saturday before St Valentine’s Day when a pair of cupids made their winged way through the town ‘sharing the love’ and handing out roses.
Town centre manager Gill Anderson said: ‘Retailing culture these days is all about putting the heart back into town centres, so what better way in the run-up to St Valentine’s Day than to enlist the help, hearts and bows and arrows of our two modern-day cupids.’
